All orders will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours or less. All orders include tracking information. Shipping price depends on weight. You can choose which option best suits your needs. We offer USPS First Class, Priority Mail, & Overnight Express. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. International Customers: We are not responsible for any of your countries Custom's fees. Although, we will help you in anyway to keep your fees at a minimum. Please contact your local Custom's office and make note of their regulations.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES 7 Day Warranty: We are pleased to offer a 7 day warranty on all our items against defect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and believe the item you received is not as described, please notify us first before leaving feedback – we’d love the opportunity to fix the issue for you. Depending on our current inventory, a refund for the item or an exchange will be offered. All we ask is that you send the item back to us in appropriate packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. No refunds will be offered if: - We are not contacted within 7 days of the delivery date or the item is not returned back to us within 7 days. - If you or a third party attempts to repair or unlock the device without first contacting us. If the item is returned to us not in the original condition it was sent out, no refund will be issued. You must contact us and arrange a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. You have up to 7 days to ship the item back. All items must be sent back to us with all original packaging. If we are at fault, we will pay for the customer's shipping both ways, otherwise the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. A 10% restocking fee can be deducted from the total refund unless fee is waived.

We ship most orders out within 24 hours & often times ship the very same day the order was made. Your order should arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. We always ship with a tracking number so you should know where your order is at all times. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service.

Tracking information will automatically be sent out as soon as your package is processed and ready for ship. You can check the status via USPS.com track and confirm website. All domestic orders will include deliver confirmation and tracking. International buyers are only provided tracking to the point where your order leaves our local post office. It will only show you the date and time your order was processed and leaves our local post office. You can request to have your order shipped via USPS International Priority Mail which you can track all the way to your country but it will be more expensive but also faster. Most orders are shipped USPS First Class International as it is the more affordable option but other options can be requested.
